Once we have identified these potential hazards we will implement a tree maintenance schedule to address these issues. A more thorough inspection may be carried out by an aerial inspection or during pruning works.
Often photographs can be taken whilst in the canopy of the tree to get an accurate assessment from the identified issue. These photo’s and notes can often be used in preparing an application for tree works with your local council.
The property owner is responsible to provide a Duty of Care to the local population in relation to trees within the property.
